  1. When i try to steal a pokemon it takes the pokemon that was used first during the battle is there a way to fix this issue?

  2. When I use the encounter modifier to catch Thundurus, I get an error and it says to reset the game. I even tried creating a new instance of the cheat and it still didn’t work. Is there something different for Thundurous specifically? It might be because I’m also using shiny and lvl 100 modifier.

    Reply
    • Hey there! Yes, the issue is most likely due to combining multiple cheats, which can often cause problems. I recommend enabling only one cheat at a time and disabling it immediately after use to keep the game running smoothly.

  3. The TM/HM cheat deleted all my key items and now I can’t use any of the HMs I previously had. I found a code to fix the key items if anyone wants it. However, I still can’t use my HMs, so if anyone has a code just for the HMs, that would be super helpful.

  4. Ever since using the wild Pokemon modifier cheat, I’ve only been able to catch the last Pokemon I used the cheat for. I tried deleting the cheat and resetting my emulator (Delta for iOS) and it’s still not letting me encounter other wild Pokemon normally in the game.

    Reply
    • Hey Taylor, I also use Delta on iOS, and I haven’t run into the issue you’re experiencing with the Pokemon Modifier cheat. Try this: After deleting the cheat, save your game using in-game saving, close Delta completely, and then reopen Pokemon Black. That should help reset things. This trick works well for me, and I hope yours too.

      • Hello, this happened to me too and i’d like so see if you could help. I play pokemon black on the manic EMU (on ios) and ever since i used it i keep running into espeons. I’ve deleted the cheat and tried to use a slightly older save where i just got espeon( with the cheat) but i still have this issue

        Reply
        • Hey there, Unipvp! It sounds like the Espeon encounter cheat may still be affecting your game, even after deleting it. This is quite common issue to some emulators especially on iOS can keep cheat effects in memory, even after you disable or remove them.

          Here’s what I suggest:

          1. Save your game progress using the in-game saving while all cheats are disabled
          2. Close your game and emulator to fully clear the cheat effect.
          3. Open the emulator again, and start adding the Pokemon cheat.

Apply only one cheat at a time and disable after using. If possible, try switching to Delta Emulator for iOS, it works well with cheats. Let me know if my suggestion helps.

    • Although cheats can be used on consoles, you’ll need some technical skills to modify the console’s program to apply cheats. On the other hand, emulators already have cheating functionality and are fully ed in many cases.

    • OpenEmu is a decent emulator, but I don’t recommend using it if you want to use cheats. To add cheats to OpenEmu, you need to insert a plus sign (+) between each line of the code. However, the problem is that it doesn’t fully cheating, and in my experience, not all cheats work in it. I suggest using mGBA instead. Hope my answer helps.

  11. I hope it won’t sound too dumb, but just in theory, would I be able to catch a shiny pokemon (without cheat ) while using “encounter wild pokemon” cheat?

    Reply
    • Hi Possum! That’s a great question, and no, it’s not dumb at all. To answer your question. I believe yes, you can catch a shiny Pokemon naturally while using the “encounter wild Pokemon” cheat. The cheat only changes which Pokemon appears, not the shiny odds (1 in 8192 in Pokemon Black). Just avoid any cheats that alter shiny mechanics. Good luck with your hunt! 😊

    • Hi Drew, freezing usually occurs when there are two more cheats enabled at the same time. It’s best to activate only one cheat at a time to avoid such problems.

  14. I added the shiny pokemon cheat code. My bag was opened so i pressed X to close. Then my game froze. I realy want to fix this. Can you give me any solution

    Reply
    • Freezing might happen because the game gets confused after applying cheats. It could be due to having two or more cheats active at the same time. I recommend adding only one cheat at a time and always disabling it after use. It’s also a good idea to save your game before using any cheats. To fix the freezing issue, try disabling or deleting the active cheats and then restart your game. Hope this helps.

  16. Here in June 2024, and everything in this forum works perfectly. I got myself a shiny litwick (Yes, I did the no-no and applied two cheats at once. 106 encounters later & I had no shiny, sorry not sorry), and I’m raising it into my favorite Poké—Shiny Chandelure. If you enter everything perfectly, and your PC emulator/general PC hardware isn’t basura, you’ll be fine using any of these cheat codes. The wild encounter codes always seem to wear off for me when I enter a new area, or go through a small handful of said wild Pokémon encounters, so I don’t ever deal with being stuck on my cheat code Poké. If 001 is Bulbasaur…I assume the rest of the Pokédex follows suit, in some way shape or form? Will research further and comment again if I find the answers I seek.

    • Hey Aden, thanks for coming here. After deleting the cheat from the cheat list, save your game progress, exit to your game and reopen. This trick should clear up all cheats in your game. Hope this helps.

  18. Use this code instead, for catching the other trainers’ pokemon

    02002300 68006868
    02002304 60012100
    02002308 00004770
    521CBAA4 F7EC6868
    121CBAAA 0000F636
    121CBAAC 0000FC29
    D2000000 00000000

The other one works, but it makes you lose the battle and black out. This one works and ends the battle with you as a winner (though you don’t get any money)

  21. When I used the wild Pokemon modifier and the shiny modifier cheat code, the time glitches. What I mean by this is whenever I go to make an in-game save, the time on the top left says “?4/0/20?0”. This isnt my main issue, as whenever I go into a cutscene, such as the Ferris wheel with N, the cutscene just doesn’t play out and my screen stays black. Is there a way for me to fix this or do I have to restart from my last in-game save?

    • Hi Mystic, thank you for coming here. You mentioned that you used Wild Pokemon modifier and shiny pokemon encounter cheat. I assume that you applied them both at the same time which I do not suggest doing. That could cause glitches and may ruin your game. Use one cheat at a time and try not to pair a cheat with another. Hope my answer helps.
